COLOR/ BLONDING CLIENTS:
-Depending on hair type, to achieve desired results it may take several sessions in order to maintain the integrity of your hair.
-I only guarantee the color service provided, if you follow the correct maintenance required.
-If you would like to request a fix of a color service done by me, you must contact me within 10 days or be subject to a separate full service cost.
-As my client, I reserve the right to take any before and after photos and post them on my social media platforms.
-Any client who is more than 15 minutes late, may have their appointment cancelled or altered.
- A consultation may be required before I accept you as a client.
-Once your appointment is accepted, a $50 deposit is required for all first time clients, to hold your appointment date. The deposit will be put towards the cost of your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable, if the appointment is cancelled and not rescheduled.
EXTENSION CLIENTS:

- I personally research all of the hair companies I recommend, and have confirmed that all the hair is 100% highest quality human, remy hair. However, since I do not work directly with any of the hair extension companies, I am not held responsible or guarantee any returns on used extensions. If the extensions fail to be the highest quality of hair, I can assist with bringing the issue to the attention of the hair company used.
